Return and Refund Policy

These Nuwhite Stan­dard Return and Refund Poli­cies are applic­a­ble only to:
– Prod­ucts pur­chased direct­ly from, offi­cial social plat­forms (nuwhite­of­fi­cial), and Oxi­na main office
– Prod­ucts in the same con­di­tion as pur­chased: Un-dam­aged con­tents, pack­ag­ing, and set

The buy­er must inform Nuwhite the rea­son of return or refund and ship the mer­chan­dise back with­in 7 days for local orders and 20 days for inter­na­tion­al orders from the date that the prod­uct was ordered. Fail­ing to do so will con­firm accep­tance as good and fit for pur­pose.

All expens­es asso­ci­at­ed with returns are the respon­si­bil­i­ty of the buy­er.

Ship­ping and han­dling charges are non-refund­able. For returns via mail, you must care­ful­ly pack the prod­uct, you are respon­si­ble for the cost of return ship­ping, and we must phys­i­cal­ly receive the return with­in the 10 day peri­od for local orders and 30 days for inter­na­tion­al orders. Nuwhite reserves the right, at its sole dis­cre­tion, to reject any return that does not com­ply with these require­ments.

Prod­ucts returned to Nuwhite due to wrong/misspelled address­es, names, or any details that the cus­tomer pro­vid­ed is not the respon­si­bil­i­ty of the com­pa­ny. Please check your address and oth­er ship­ping infor­ma­tion care­ful­ly when plac­ing an order.

While Nuwhite does not sell any ille­gal and con­trolled prod­ucts, we are not respon­si­ble if the prod­uct was held or con­fis­cat­ed by cus­toms or the author­i­ties of the des­ti­na­tion coun­try. Before plac­ing an order, you should con­tact your local cus­toms office and inquire about import reg­u­la­tions and ask if the prod­uct you are order­ing is pro­hib­it­ed.

A 20% re-stock­ing fee applies for all returns and refunds. Excep­tions may be grant­ed at the dis­cre­tion of Nuwhite on a case-to-case basis.
